"Politics in Science Fiction" panel on Sunday in the Regency Ballroom at the
Hyatt. That's me (Van) on the "Left" (to the audience)-- you
can see a copy of one of my Sentinels books in front of me on the
corner. Bill Ritch the Libertarian is next (he's written many military nonfiction books), then military SF author (and Right-wing nut--I say it with love!) John Ringo, and finally military SF author Tom Kratman at the Far Right (of Attila the Hun, according to Ringo). The crowd pretty much filled up the Regency Ballroom. |
